I am in no way a scout. I leave the scouting to the fine folks at Perfect Game.
This list is NOT a list of the top prospects or of the prospects with the highest draft stock. I want to solely focus on the players individual summer league performance, regardless of what league they are in or what school they attend.
I am also a firm believer that there is more to summer ball than the Cape Cod League, so my plan is to have at least one player from all the major summer leagues represented on my blog. But, I do believe that the bigger, more established leagues will be very well represented.
One last note. Some of my top performers will be posted before the leagues or other websites publish their top prospects/all-league lists. If this happens, I will update their post.
